Returns All returns must be pre-approved and have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued prior to their return. Please request an RGA number via our online "contact us" form. Returns will not be accepted without an RGA number and are subject to refusal by our warehouse. The RGA number must be written on the outside of the all returned packages. All authorized returns are subject to upto 30% restocking fee. In some cases restocking fees are significantly reduced. No returns are accepted for body parts, special orders, painted items, tires, wheels and certain other items. Returns must be received within 15 days of original shipment. No returns will be accepted after 30 days NO EXCEPTIONS. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We do not issue call tags nor accept freight collect shipments. If the return is due to our error, we will reimburse shipping cost and/or at our discretion issue a call tag to retrieve the item(s). Unauthorized returns and/or shipments refused by customer will be charge a 30% restocking fee plus any fees levied by the freight carrier (including return shipping cost). Goods that have been damaged by the consumer, have been installed and/or removed, have missing or spoiled packaging, have missing hardware, components or instructions, or any item returned that is not in new condition will be deemed non-returnable and returned to the consumer at their request and expense. No refund will be issued in such cases and we will notify the customer via email, postal mail and/or telephone.
Cancellations Items that have entered the shipping process or items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. For this situation, please see our "Returns" policy.
Warranty Claims All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer of the product in question. We will do our best to help you in anyway we can with warranty issues. However, the manufacturer is ultimately responsible for all warranty claims and it is their sole discretion whether to honor or disapprove a warranty claim.
Goods Damaged By Carrier You must inspect goods upon receipt for shipment damage. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours of receipt. If a product is accepted from the carrier and you don't file a damage claim within 48 hours with the carrier, the carrier will consider the shipment to have arrived in good condition.
